Third Parties Use of Personal Information

The Company may provide or disclose the Personal Information to third parties (including without limitation, by ways of writing into smart contracts) solely for the Purposes. By agreeing to this Policy, you will agree to such provision or disclosure of your Personal Information.
In cases other than the above, and unless referred to in GDPR, when providing your Personal Information to third parties or engaging in the joint use of such information, the Company will obtain consent of the user. In this case, the Company will considerate the choice of above mentioned third parties and joint users, and require them to manage the above mentioned information appropriately by complying with GDPR etc. as if it were the Company.

When using user’s Personal Information, the Company may subcontract such information to a third party to the extent of legitimate use. Applicable law & Jurisdiction

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, excluding to the largest extent legally permitted by law any provisions of Japanese private international law as well as any provision of law that would result in the application of the law of a different jurisdiction. This shall be without prejudice to the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of another Member State of the European Union that would be applicable in the absence of the present paragraph.

Any and all disputes arising out of or in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court of Japan.
